1 1/2 oz Shrub & Co Yucatan Honey 1/4 oz Shrub & Co Blood Orange Shrub 4 oz Sparkling Water
Fill glass with desired amount of ice, add shrub and sparkling water. Stir well.
HONEY & SMOKE
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Kina L’Aero d’Or3/4 oz Shrub & Co Yucatan Honey1/2 oz Mezcal1/4 oz Fresh Lemon JuiceLarge Barspoon Demerara Syrup
Pour ingredients into a shaker, then add ice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with fresh nectarine or pear slices.
FLIPSIDE
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz H by Hine Cognac3/4 oz Shrub & Co Yucatan Honey3/4 oz Heavy Cream1/2 oz Tempus Fugit Creme de CacaoWhole Egg
Pour ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (without ice). Add ice to the tin, then shake well and double strain into a coupe. Garnish with grated honeycomb (optional).
