FGO Tips for Brewing the Best Nettle Tea
Start with water
Start by adding cold, filtered water to your favorite tea kettle
Heat the water to about 200 degrees, or just after it starts boiling
Pour a small amount of hot water into your mug to warm the mug, swirl the water around and pour it out
Steeping time
Drop the tea bag into your pre-warmed mug
Pour hot water into the mug, over the tea
Steep the tea for 8-10 minutes based on taste preference
Sip and enjoy
