Quick Quiche in under 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Oil1 Pack Nummy Nibbles Omelet/Scramble Mix (Any Flavor)Salt to taste1/3rd cup water
Directions:
In a bowl whisk contents of the pack with water & oil until well mixed. Portion the liquid into 3-4 ramekins. Microwave on high for 1 minute covering with a paper towel (adjust according to microwave).
Remove from ramekin and devour!
Vegan Sweet & Savory French Toast
Ingredients:
4 slices bread1 tbsp Oil 1 Pack Nummy Nibbles Omelet/Scramble Mix (Any Flavor)Salt to taste1/2 cup waterMaple syrup to drizzle
Directions:
Heat oil in a pan. In a bowl whisk contents of the pack with water until well mixed. Dip bread slices into the batter. Skillet fry until golden brown. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
Easy Southwestern Scramble
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Oil1 Pack Nummy Nibbles Omelet/Scramble Mix (Any Flavor)Salt to taste1/2 cup water
Directions:
Heat oil in a pan. In a bowl whisk contents of the pack with water until well mixed. Pour the batter into pan and allow to set. Scramble and cook through on low heat.
Enjoy with tortillas!
