ALMOND ORGEAT SYRUP COCKTAIL RECIPES
The time-honored godfather of tiki cocktails. The key to making the best mai tai is real almond orgeat syrup.
¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup2 oz rum ½ oz orange liqueur1 oz lime juice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds. Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint and a lime wheel.
A bright, citrusy gin sour that’s balanced by warm undertones of roasted almonds and spiced bitters.
½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup1 ½ oz gin¾ oz lemon juice1 dash aromatic bitters
Shake all with ice for 10 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass.
RHYME OR REASON
Toasted almonds and spicy rye are balanced by luxuriant blood orange flavor.

Add all to a blender with 8 oz of ice. Blend until smooth.
FULL ALMOND CHARACTER
